GSSR is what it is – cheap dry storage. The owner doesn’t claim that it to be anything more. They are converted chicken houses with wooden floors raised off the ground. There is no climate control. It wouldn’t surprise me if there were mice although unbelievably I’ve had no problems with them in two years I’ve rented there. My only complaint is the limited access hours. Other than that the owner has been more than fair and I couldn’t be happier with my space for the money. Beats a steel storage container any day.
