I had to change bank cards due to fraud charges on it, so I called to update the card into and Andre was more than willing to do what had to be done quickly and efficiently. I’m in the middle of a work day, trying to get accounts I need to work back up and running ASAP and he did just that. No long holds, knew exactly what he was doing, the whole call was less than 5 mins. That’s 5 star service right there. You rock Andre, I appreciate you bud.
