When can I access my unit?

Standard access at OWL Storage locations is daily from 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM, and 24-hour access is available by request. Each facility page lists its current access hours.


How do OWL Storage facilities keep my belongings secure?

Every OWL Storage location is fenced and gated with code entry, so only renters with an access code can get onto the property, and security cameras are on site.


Do I need to sign a long-term lease?

No. All OWL Storage rentals are month to month, so you can keep your unit for a few weeks during a move or for as long as you need it, with no long-term commitment.


Can I pay my bill online?

Yes. You can pay online with any major credit card, or set up autopay so your bill is handled automatically each month.


Is drive-up storage available?
