At first we were concerned that the facility is a little further away from the university but we have been pleasantly surprised. Access is so easy - with big carts to borrow, you can back right up to the large sliding doors and there is 24/7 keypad entry access. It has been a perfect solution for us.

Before renting my unit there I checked other storage unit options and none of the staff were nearly as helpful, friendly and polite. We're living in a small apartment and needed an affordable, long term solution for storing furniture, seasonal stuff and larger appliances. The storage mall has been great. It's very secure but still convenient to access our unit whenever we need to. We've been there for a couple years now and it has always been cool in the summer, warm in the winter, well-ventilated and clean.
